Excellent service by Sam!

My experience was great as I was served by Sam. She was terrific, understanding what I needed and giving me the best advice in a pleasant manner. Sam even told me about an offer that was not stated on the shelves so allowing me to take advantage of the discount offered, otherwise I would've been unaware. Thanks Sam...you're a star and a credit to Homebase (Store no. 000085).

Visit to Homebase

On my visit to Homebase Oldbury today I found the store to be very clean, well layed out and well signed.
I came to buy plants for my garden,there was a good choice and reasonably priced ,I purchased some plants and was served at the till by a lady named Theresa,she was pleasant helpful and very polite.

My experience was great as always at this store. I was served by Raj and she was lovely. She dealt with my query very quick and was a pleasure to speak to. Thank you Homebase Oldbury. Excellent service!!

Flooring

Ease of order and payment order ready to collect in less than a hour cashier verry helpful and pleasant and did not have to wait ages as order was waiting

Good customer service

It is always a chour to have to go DIY shopping but if Theresa is working it's alwlays a pleasure.
The staff are always pleasent and very knowledgeable.

Brilliant customer service by Theresa

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Theresa who was on Customer service desk was extremely helpful, polite and even reassured us about the colour we had chosen for our kitchen walls as she has chosen the same colour previously. She was wonderful, a credit to the company, went above and beyond
