A huge thank you to Colin for taking the time to help me today, explain my options and how to use my sprayer and the best weed killer for what I needed. It’s so nice for someone to take the time to help customers these days and it was much appreciated!

So easy to browse website

Easy to use website, found my product quickly. The price was right, paid and delivered next day by driver who was very helpful. First class service.

water butt

I ordered a water butt on the click and collect service, the order was ready for collection promptly, when I went to pick it up it had a big stripe of bird crap down it and the lid was covered in dirt and dried leaves. I mentioned this to the member of staff helping me and he just shrugged, so I then suggested that someone could have, at least, cleaned it up, he offered to get a replacement, which he did and it was much cleaner so all turned out ok. Just why would you try to get away with palming a customer off with dirty product?

Good service

Ordered outdoor dining furniture today, was very pleased with how Laura sorted it all out for me, she was very friendly and helpful. Bit dissapointed free delivery had finished.
