Homebase - Leicester Recenzje 

I purchased a humidifier which had couple items missing in the box from the Leicester Putney Rd store . When I went back I spoke to Lily & Sue who were really polite and professional and attended to my concerns straightaway and rectified the issue and put a smile on my face. This is the service everyone looks for when they come across any issues. Kudos for these two lovely ladies.

Item was ready when I arrived and the gentleman helped me unpack it out of the box so I could get it in my car, he also came out with an extra trolly so we didn’t have to put the cushions on the floor.

I’m very happy with dealing with Homebase as this is not only first time I’ve done bigger order than this last year Also brilliant thing is I always get top up discounts

After what was at first a dissapointing purchase due to stock misinformation, I have just had fantastic service. Unfortunately the BBQ I purchased online for a click & collect was damaged. The order was cancelled immediately and I went to the shop in person to order the same BBQ from the distribution centre. Unfortunately the staff couldn’t guarantee a delivery by the date I needed. I very much appreciated their honesty. I went to look at the stock in store & decided on a similar BBQ all the prices were reduced however due to the inconvenience the lovely lady who was helping me made a very kind goodwill gesture which brought the price closer to my previous purchase. Everyone in the store were lovely & couldn’t be more helpful. From the initial, disappointing phone call to getting a very heavy BBQ in to my car, everyone went above & beyond. Thank you so much.

Booked from home collected today took all of 5 minutes by a friendly gentleman.

Michaela was an absolute gem at the Leicester store today. We went in absolutely clueless on which shade of white we wanted for our ceilings, but she went above and beyond to understand my vision and help us find the right colour. Super chuffed!

Beautiful lamp, unfortunately it took me one hour to remove the click and collect sticker that was stuck to it 😒.

Jayshri was brilliant with help building the design for my kitchen. Her patience when I returned to advise I had my measurements wrong was much appreciated.
Talked me through everything so I understood before making my purchase

Excellent - the 12 bags of compost were waiting for us when we arrived and were immediately wheeled out to my car and loaded into it by a very helpful male member of staff. Well done Homebase!

Extremely helpful staff, found just st what I was looking for. Even helped me to put purchases in the car. Very impressed.

Great service in store today at the Leicester Putney Road store. Especially from Sub. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and went the extra mile to give me further advice with regards to paint colour matching. Really helped a DIY novice like myself!

I have purchased different products from a lot of ranges in the store , great customer service and I haven’t been disappointed as yet. That is why I keep going back to shop here.

The store was quiet & not many staff but the store assistant apologised for the wait & dealt with our refund & click & collect order. He was friendly, professional, helpful & was a good shopping experience.

It was good just wish someone would help to put the purchase in my car it was a big box and I am a small lady

The manager at the Leicester store went out his way to make sure all the patio set fitted into my car. This meant I didn’t have to make another journey to and from Loughborough. Thank you very much great customer service

The item was ordered on line and the text saying it was ready was received shortly after We collected the order about an hour later It had been checked beforehand and it was received in excellent condition

A bit frustrating on the website trying to get the order sorted but eventually got there. As I had ordered clicked and collect, the collection side went smoothly helpful assistant no problem 😊

We bought a lovely outdoor garden set, we were assisted by Richard who was extremely helpful. As we’re all the staff.
It was a perfect for what we needed and will definitely be return to store soon.

Unfortunately 2 items of the 5 items ordered online were damaged / and or packaging broken into and components missing ! Although this was dealt with by your staff and a refund triggered, it seemed very unprofessional that online stock levels were inaccurate and stock items broken into and stolen.
I am now also short of items to complete the task, I need replacements but have now lost my 10% online discount.
