Staff member was super friendly and helpful and even loaded the 5 bags of compost in my car boot!
Can't remember his name unfortunately, but this was about 11.30am. Dark haired man, possibly had glasses too.

We went to the Derby store today. Purchased fence paint which was on offer. I also found a storage basket that I wanted but the price was unclear. Michelle went out of her way to help making our visit both pleasant and worthwhile.

Popped in to purchase a garden planter and compost. Very reasonable price for a quality, heavy, glazed pot in a large size - 25% off all outdoor planters at the moment too. Michelle at the till was really friendly and helpful. I hope we don't lose this store because I have no idea where I would go next to find these items locally - I like to have a proper look and feel of what I am buying and regularly use this store for garden and DIY items. Keep up the good work folks 🙂

Click and collect made sure my trip to the store was not wasted. The staff were friendly and help full

I located a product on clearance sale but felt it was a risk to by at the offered price. I approached Caroline on the enquiry desk and asked if Homebase would consider a further reduction. The product was accessed and offered 10%. I offered to buy all the stock Caroline called over supervisor who reduce it further. Caroline secured the sale of redundant stock. Both staff members delighted the customer. Thank you.

Super team members at Wyvern Homebase. Dave was so knowledgeable and really helpful explaining an electrical product. I really appreciated the help. Then onto Michelle at the pay point, big smiles, just what you need on a rainy day. Be proud Homebase of your super team members.

Really helpful service on Sunday from a lady on the outdoor gardening section who helped us out with pricing, (I do wish you could price your pots better) and Libby at checkout who was really friendly and efficient. Overall a good shopping experience 😊

Had everything I needed. I was served by Libby who was really polite and smiley!

There were no bbqs of the type we wanted on the shop floor. I asked an assistant if there were any out back and was told, no. I the ordered the bbq online for £5 cheaper than it was being sold in store and collected it half hour later, which meant it was out back. Not great customer service. Libby at the til however was super helpful in dealing with the online order.

Excellent service, I was helped to find a product that wasn't visible on a shelf. Lucy on the customer service desk was polite and friendly.

Called in to homebase at Chaddesden this evening looking at garden furniture. Michelle on customer service/till was extremely helpful, we wanted to buy 8 chairs and wasn't sure how many we could get in the car, she arranged for James to assist us in packing the car. James had earlier advised us on prices of canopy parasols, base weights and measuring chairs. Both members of staff were professional, polite and friendly, a credit to your company. Could not have wished for better customer service, thank you both.
