Bought garden sofa set plus a few other items,discount code worked on smaller items not sofa,manager Rob sorted out hassle free.5 star service,with cherry on top.Would highly recommend Bury st Edmunds store.Some other companies could do with taking a leaf out of this stores book.

We went to this Homebase and picked garden furniture, the sales man in store said he was waiting on stock. He gave us a recipe and told us to call back next week if we hadn’t heard anything and that we could have the display furniture, if not in stock by then.On calling up we were told no furniture and the manager sold to someone else 😫was very disappointed by the lies told and the bad customer service.

Violet helped me locate a product that was unpriced, arranged to have it retrieved from store and call me to pop back and pick up. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Jade was very helpful, she made sure I had found the items I wanted, plus she also made me aware of a special offer on the compost I was purchasing. Unfortunately the card machines were not working and they could only take cash payments, fortunately I had cash on me.

Getting paint mixed by Kerry left me feeling ,I hope my children grow up to react to stress are maturely and politely as she did. Kerry explained she had not used the Dulux mixing machine before and with little support….my order was eventually completed. Kerry was polite, asked questions and was very helpful.
