Staff were pleasant. Hassle free click n collect.

I found the member of staff who saw to my needs absolutely fantastic. I have a slight disability and Trish at the collection desk couldn't have been more insightful, kind and helpful.

Was given the wrong tin of paint with my order and opened it without looking at the label - looked exactly like the correct tin - they refused to exchange it for me and I was down £59 - partly my mistake for not looking but as a gesture they could have changed it for me as they are closing

Pleasant staff,always happy to help.

Great products! My only complaint is their choice of using Yodel for deliveries.

A damaged chair was delivered to me but on speaking to Mayurmin Customer Service was very helpful and the matter resolved

Ed did an outstanding job of helping us with our new bathroom. He was very professional and patient with our choices of what type of shower enclosure etc we were considering. Even when we changed our minds later he was very accommodating in making the necessary adjustments to our order. Excellent service.

We called into the Bridgend store with a view to purchasing a new kitchen. From the start Louise Walker was friendly and helpful. Louise called to measure and design our kitchen, she listened to all our requirements and designed a kitchen which met our needs. We are so pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Louise, she is friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

The lady i saw today, Clare, was the most helpful person I've encountered in a very long time. She was due to go off shift but stayed with me until she was satisfied she had completed everything. Make her a manager!

Excellent customer service. Staff were really helpful and gave guidance on best size to choose based on our wall (we bought wall panelling kits) Would definitely recommend to others.

Upon entering the store, there was only one person on the checkout. There were no staff manning the Customer service desk for click and collect.

I stood at the desk for some time until someone eventually turned up with a coffee in hand.
