Excellent

Arron was very helpful and informative. Knew what he was talking about. Helped me buy all the paint and accessories I needed for a novice painter. Would definitely recommend.

Items ordered online click & collect

Items ordered online click & collect. Order ready to collect in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service at the store. Only negative was online order form stated that if I sign up for the weekly newsletter I would get 10% off my first order and this would be deducted automatically on completion. Unfortunately this did not happen. Disappointing.

Becca was fab

Becca was super helpful as usual. I have never used Klarna in store and wanted to try it especially as if it was easy to do, it means larger more expensive summer items I would feel less worried

She took her time and talked me through the process and it worked!

I have autism so the fact she took me away from the larger queue as well and explained everything whilst enduring I didn’t feel rushed.

I hope the item isn’t damaged when I take it out the box though!

Straight forward click & collect

Knew exactly what we wanted to buy. Checked website to see if available and then checked nearest store for immediate pick-up and reserved for collection and paid for purchase. Reference number was given and an email was sent with details. Waited for text informing us that it was ready to collect and in about 30 minutes from ordering the text arrived. Off we went to collect - no bother. Store staff were courteous and pick-up was fine.
