Never been to this shop before, good to have something like this so locally

So convenient - lovely store I did not know was so near to me!

Smooth, quick and easy collection of item .
When item proved faulty, store staff quickly and efficiently wiorked together to rectify the problem.

The service was good but the packaging was open on one side. I explained this to him and as I could not know if everything was intact I agreed to take it if not complete return to store.

The staff were really miserable and unhelpful. And we didn’t even receive an email when my order was ready to collect,I had to ring the store to find out. Very poor service all round.

Ordered a kitchen from Homebase and from the first contact with Hannah, she was super friendly, really listened to what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was really helpful in suggesting things to make the kitchen flow and fit better, and enabled us to make lots of changes until we were 100% happy with it. It’s so nice to have such a positive interaction, a big thank you for making the kitchen experience fun and not stressful at all. We really appreciate all your help Hannah.

Efficient communication and no problem with collecting laundry basket ordered.

First time I've used click and collect. Went very smoothly. The man on the till went and got us the package a took it out to the car and placed it in the back. Of the car.
Being in a wheelchair it was the best help I could have wished for. Please thank the young man he had long hair.
