Click and collect was great

Click and collect was great, super easy and convenient. Would do again! Homebase Bicester seemed to have everything I needed over the closer-to-me Banbury stores.

Better late

Placed the order for collect on store. I was running late and got there 10 minutes before closing. The staff were wonderful and assured me my order was ready to go.

Bad Organisation of Stock

Went to pick up - wrong one picked - checked warehouse 26 should be in according to website - could not find - about to have refund - guy on a ladder found the box on a shelf close to display - obviously not put out - need a bit more organisation- did click and collect to quicken it as in a rush - obviously did not work!!!

Super service from Mary. I was returning some paint samples and an error occurred so she had to start again. Her manner was perfect, she engaged me into the process, she was professional but also warm and friendly. A very nice shopping experience. Thank you Mary.

Ordered garden reclining beds for garden, great price in the sale.
Delivered to store on the day it said they would be, text to confirm they were ready for collection as well.
