I can not fault the service or delivery of my 5 drawer mirrored tall boy. Very pleased all round.

Product was in line with what I was expecting, so everything fine on that front, but the delivery company used left something to be desired. (No agreement on day time of delivery. Was told day/time of delivery - thankfully someone at home - but did not arrive. Turned up a couple of days later without any advanced notification - again pure luck that someone was in).

I ordered the item on boxing day and expected a delay however when all my other parcels had arrived from Amazon and this one had not I chased. I needed the item as a gift for the 9th January.
I was sent several emails stating to wait for a tracking number but nothing came. I escalated the case with paypal and then was promised a delivery date of the 8th. the item did not turn up.
It wasnt until I escalated the dispute with paypal that the item was sent and then it was not the size i had expected and was no longer required as I had had to go out and buy something else.

great will use again.

Ordered a wooden laundry basket it's wonderful big enough for a family of five arrived quickly and I got it £20 cheaper from home outlet thank u .

Late delivery by a few hours but once it got here the delivery man brought it all up two flights of stairs and was very nice. The table needed complete assembling but is beautiful

I bought a pair of these for my daughter for Christmas. Quite heavy as they are solid wood & well made. A bonus is that they are ready built, saving my son-in-law a diy job. Really classy looking too. Were well packaged for transit so no damage done. They are delighted with their present.

Ordered a pair of Arcadia bedside tables. They're flat-pack but very sturdy, good quality materials and will certainly last a while whilst looking the part.

Really great sellers shame the delivery company Xpd are not any good delivered somebody else's parcel to me and it was clearly labeled up with there address 2 miles away from me.
