Delivery was swift but Unfortunately the item I ordered was damaged. I telephoned the company immediately and had no problems returning the product for a refund. I selected a day for pickup and the courier kept me informed by email.

I've used on-line shopping for *many* years and, in a highly competitive world, it's always a pleasure to get, what we used to call in the old days, service.
As usual, we were running out of space so I decided to turn the cluttered to the point of falling off, top of a bookshelf into some proper storage. So, as a test, I ordered a two-shelf unit and this arrived almost the next day - my husband and I were so impressed, I bought another set today - his and hers? :) After all, it *is* a leap-year!

The service was fast and efficient and the product was excellent. The bookshelf looks brilliant in the corner of my living room. I am really pleased i order this item.

We have ordered multiple items and each time the service was good. The items bought are almost 1.5 to 2 times more expensive in showrooms. The quality of the the range we ordered (Montrose), we find, is good and sturdy.

The delivery methods could be improved a bit (time slot etc), other than that the good were delivered without damage.

Good product, fair price, delivery on time and all communications good. Very happy.
