Will not reply to emails, and will not answer phone, greeted by answer machine only.

stay well clear of this company,do not trust the reviews most likely fake, they take your money, the phone number takes messages,there is another number 08009709779 after getting through one day and told to phone next day for sales,they today are a different company

Fantastic item. Great customer service. Item arrived within days mirror was damaged but a replacement was as also sent within days.

We bought a coffe table which is brilliant and was the cheapest we could find. However, the couriers were shocking. They told us they had tried to deliver but we weren't in- which we were-all day, waiting for the delivery. The couriers' office couldn't explain why we didn't see him or why he hadn't left a card.
We were assured he would come the next day from 7'o clock in the morning! So I was up at 06:50. Guess what? He didn't turn up again! Finally got it 3 days after the original date.

The items I ordered came within a couple of days and we're exactly what I was expecting, I will definitely order from this company again, I also saved £100 as I had ordered the same items from another company first who let me down. So glad they did as I would have paid double for the same items, thank you home outlet.

the dressing table arrived quickly with full tracking information. the dressing table was fairly easy to put together all pieces were labelled. it is of excellent quality and looks absolutely fabulous. the price was fantastic and was the cheapest i had found with most prices for this product being over £100 and then i also got free delivery. 5 stars for every aspect of this purchase from start to finish
