I am delighted with the items purchased, great prices and speedy delivery.

Items ordered were a bargain and half the price compared to a major click and collect retailer. Well packaged and really pleased with product. The problem was delivery. I waited a full two weeks for two items to arrive and when they did I was delivered someone else's order. After a call to the delivery company we agreed it was better all round for me to drive 10 miles to the other customers house so we could swap items. Hardly ideal. I believe it was just simple human error and mistakes can occur but just a shame it didn't all work out.

I'm happy with the bed - it's good quality for the price and fast delivery too. I'd order again.

I bought a nest of tables and a TV unit. They are good value. Ok they are not top of the range but considering the price they were better than I thought they would be, with some nice little touches like rubber pads on the feet. The goods arrived quickly and were well packed and pretty easy to put together. One of the legs on one of the tables was damaged, although the packing wasn't damaged. Contacted customer service and sent photos. Got a quick response and a replacement was supplied quickly. Well done.

Looking at Storage units online, I came across one in Home Outlet. The picture unfortunately didn't show the inside in detail, so I phoned them.
The phone was answered very quickly by a member of staff, who knew their products and was able to access dimensions and other unseen photos, to answer all my questions.
I then ordered, paid and it was delivered within 2 days. Excellent service and product knowledge. I would use them again.

Bought this for Stepmum who wanted something to put her bleach bottles etc in. We looked at it online and thought dimensions would do. Made it up and took it over but she said it's a bit small... 2 bottles fit in, but not 3 which she wanted, so it's going in the downstairs loo. Very fast delivery, reasonable value etc.

Bought a what we expected to be a "cheap and cheerful" bed. And yes, it's both cheap and cheerful, but it's also both beautiful and sturdy!

Delivery was not just free, but also happened much quicker than anticipated.

Got the Provencal Ivory Kingsize Bed, cost less than £51 delivered. Bed looks lovely, and it's clearly built to last. Was only planning on having it as a temp bed whilst decorating the flat... but due to it's looks and quality it'll be staying put!
