I booked my trip 5 months in advance…
I booked my trip 5 months in advance and everything was great. They kept me updated and made everything very easy! I have no complaints for Holiday Isle Properties and would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Our accommodations were very nice
Our accommodations were very nice. We were pleasantly surprised that our beach service for chairs and umbrella was covered in the cost of our stay. Close to the beach, mini golf course, and very quiet. Definitely would book again.

Awesome vacation
We had a great stay on vacation, the condo was stocked with everything we needed, the blu ray player in the living room was nice to wind down with as a family from a day at the beach. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and the helpful staff that made us feel at ease when we were running a bit late to pick up keys. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay at Sandpiper Cove was amazing
Our stay at Sandpiper Cove was amazing! Holiday Isle Property was very easy to work with from booking our stay to the check-in and check-out process. Our condo was exactly as promised and more. Holiday Isle staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely look to Holiday Isle for our next rental.

Expensive
Expensive! I was there allegedly during a annual “Emerald Coast Poker Run”..yet, we did not see a single boat or race nor a single cigarette boat, yet paid the marked up price for the condo.

NIce Property
We had a great time here...the property is very nice. We were a little disappointed that it is not pointed out that if you bring your boat, you are unable to store your trailer on site and in fact, have to store it elsewhere for more money than the actual boat slip cost. We had no a/c the first night--we had a/c but it was blowing constantly and very humid and yuck inside. We called first thing Saturday morning and the maintenance man came and patched it. All in all it was a very nice place, but needs a little more tender care for clients.

We had a great time on our vacation
We had a great time on our vacation. Our condo was really nice and directly on the beach. I did not, however, like the fact that we couldn't check in until 5:00 p.m., but had to check out by 10:00 a.m. Didn't seem fair. It felt like we were paying for a whole day that we couldn't use. And although the umbrellas and chairs were free to condo renters, they were placed so close together to other people, that you really couldn't enjoy it. But all in all, good experience.

We had a WONDERFUL time
We had a WONDERFUL time. The condo was clean and the view was amazing. The beach side service went above and beyond and we plan on returning next year. Can't wait!!

Our highest recommendation
We made our first trip ever to Destin in the spring of 2017 and returned in the spring of 2018. We booked thru Holiday Isle on both occasions and plan to do so in the future. They were great to work with on both occasions and we would highly recommend their services.
