great product, delivered on time

If I could give this negative 5 stars I would. I purchased a plane from Hobby King and it was delivered with damage to the cowling. The box it was delivered in had zero damage so the damage must have occurred in packing. I filed a claim on 12/5 that was changed to "approved" status on 12/6. I have reached out on numerous occasions only to receive responses such as "part has been ordered", have ordered the part from the manufacturer", etc, etc. As of today, 12/31 no response to a part being shipped. Interestingly enough, I was able to order the cowling AT MY EXPENSE yet, Hobby King, even though the part has been in stock, still has not responded to my inquiry about a shipping date. This is not my first negative experience with Hobby King but you can absolutely be certain that it will be my last. Be very careful dealing with this company. Most planes are NOT in stock. MOST replacement parts are NOT in stock and the customer service is lacking at best. ***update. A rep from HobbyKing has reached out and understood the issue and has resolved the issue. It should not have needed a negative review to get a response. To the person who has resolved this, Thank You for listening and attempting to locate the part.

Déjà 3 mois et toujours pas de remboursement de commande suite à un retour. Si vous décidé de retourner la marchandise vous vous exposé a une très longue attente pour être remboursé. Je n'ai pas réceptionné mon colis et malgré et preuve de non réception à l'appui sur le site Hobby King le service client vous demandera d'attendre la reception et vérification de l'entrepôt 2 semaines pour expédier et présenter le colis 3 mois pour validation et pas de visibilité sur le remboursement si il arrive un jour.
la somme n'est pas exubérante 7,66€ qu'en serait-il pour 300 / 400€ ou plus.
Pas sérieux du tout dans le suivie

Bei der Bestellung von 2 Servos (Wert 18,41€) wurde mir NICHT angezeigt, dass aus Hongkong geliefert wird, sondern der Eindruck vermittelt, dass aus Deutschen Warehouse geliefert wird. Die Zoll-/Einfuhrgebühren von 9,93€ wurden von mir nicht akzeptiert und die Annahme deshalb verweigert und die Ware originalverpackt ist inzwischen bei Hobbyking angekommen. Bis heute keine Erstattung!!!! Nie wieder HobbyKing!

J'ai mis une étoile car je ne pouvais en mettre zéro.
Commande d'un petit hélicoptère de plus de 170 euros depuis le 19 novembre 2024.
Nous sommes le 11 décembre 2024, et après plusieurs échangent avec leur service client....toujours la même réponse bateau ....nous relançons l'entrepôt.
Je suis extrêmement déçu, je n'aurais pas le cadeau tant attendu pour Noël voir un jour.

I purchased the EFX racer it was delivered within a few days I was surprised. The plane performs perfectly, Assembly was easy and quick I had it together within a half an hour. Hand launching is a little tricky, Much easier with two people one person to hand launch one person to fly. I flew it with the three cell battery and it flies quite well, it flies a lot faster on a four cell battery. I’m actually thinking of buying a second one.

when I received model the wiring was not connected correctly and as there was no wiring diagram for the gyro it confused me until I worked it out, having flown the model it flies brilliantly, nice looking as well

Good spare parts, unfortunately not all in Europe...

Aus unerklärlichen Gründen ging eine Bestellung (Rc Empfänger) lt. Sendungsverfolgung wieder zurück an Hobbyking und kam bei mir nie an.

Bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten !

Great deal, fast shipping and good packing

The only thing I think needs to improve at HK is the online shopping. Once I've reviewed an item, and would like to return to where I was, instead it returns to the first item first page.
That should be fixed so that the shopper returns to where he was when he selected an item to review.
Also, please add more items to the usa warehouse. I do not buy from other warehouses because it takes too long.

Bin seit Jahren zufriedener Hobbyking- Kunde. Empfehlenswert sind die kräftigen Motoren und die Vielzahl an verschieden Akkus, wo auch drin steckt, was drauf steht!!!

Excellent on time delivery with no issues, have been dealing with Hobby King for a number of years now and have always been satisfied with the service.
The product (Paladin PL18 and spare receivers exceeded my expectations especially for the sales price.
