Always my go to for new vinyl
Went into the Warrington store to purchase a new release. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in-store but the assistant (Beth) was very helpful, ordered it for me and arrived in the store within 2 days. Very happy!

HMV in Warrington's Golden Square shopping centre is quite small but packed with a wide selection of music and more! I found a recently released CD by one of my favourite artists, that I didn't even know was out! Good price too, and friendly service at the till.

my shortest visit to an hmv store
my shortest visit to an hmv store. within 3 minutes the music being played over the store pa contained the lyric "f* ck ing" multiple times. I asked a staff member politely if they would turn it off to be met with what i'd describe as an "attitude stance" and the reply "why"?
Why do hmv not have a staff guide policy in place to stop this happening, it's not cool when the shop has children under ten in the store
(funny thing, trustpilot picked up on the swear word typed above and initially blocked this being posted)
