Excellent service all round
1st time ordering through website as product was a pre-order. Easy to order, with great communication regarding collection. Store staff (Wakefield store) very friendly and collection done with ease. Would have no hesitation in ordering online again and recommended HMV to others.

HMV staff were very helpful when looking for a particular cd, it was easy and quick to have it delivered to store.easy…
HMV staff were very helpful when I was trying to find a particular artist in store and upon having no luck the member of staff looked the item up on the system and offered to get the item delivered to the store for me. It was very straight forward and was kept up to date via email and it only took a few days to come in. Really good service.

First time I have used the on line ordering service. It was extremely quick and easy. I collected from my local HMV shop. Great. Very convenient and problem free.
No extra charges - just the cost of the CD itself.
