speedy service/ Good value.
When I asked if the store had anything by Cozy Powell I didn't expect the service I got. It was excellent. The assistant was helpful and cheerful the who;e time. He told me that the website might have what I was looking for. I am satisfied with my purchase and the speed at which it arrived.

Good Online purchase with pick up at store
Ordered 3 CD's online and collected at my local HMV store. Saved me searching inshore as 2 of the CD's would have taken some time to find inshore.

We had a 20% off voucher and the 0 was…
We had a 20% off voucher and the 0 was a o so it didn't work but the 0 looked like a o so ...we got played by hmv not impressed at all

Do not use click and collect.
Ordered online for click and collect, stock was available and I had to wait 5 days before I could collect it. I am disabled and asked my son to collect it as it stated it was in stock. My son saw over 20 copies of my order available but he could not collect it as it was not the one I ordered online. Identical item identical price but not available.

Unfortunately it appears there may have been some confusion with the service we offer.
Click & Collect is a delivery service to the store and online orders cannot be fulfilled by in store stock. Your order will have been dispatched for arrival in store within 5 working days.

Brilliant service. The film i wanted wasn't in store. Sales assistant was fab, looked up online for me, ordered it to store. I was kept updated by email, and was in store for me to pick up 2 days later! Fab!
