I've just the Solihull branch. Many many times, and that speaks for it's self. The Staff are all very professional and friendly. Overall great service.

Hopeless click & collect system
Confusing website if you want click & collect in store. Stock levels in store are misleading as these can not be released to click & collect customers. You have to wait for days for identical products to be sent to store from central warehouse for collection. Really annoying.

Hi there. We're sorry to hear of your confusion. Any items ordered online are sent out to the store rather than being collected directly from the store. Apologies if this was not made clear to you.
However; we do have a service called Ring & Reserve where you can check stock availability in advance and have an item reserved for you for up to three days to collect and pay for in store. To do this; please call 0333 3230 667.

Very good store in Solihull
Very good store in Solihull, lots of choice and well laid out with lots to look through. Found too many things I’ve been after.. and some novelties. Helpful staff, very impressed. my local HMV closed a while ago and I prefer to browse and buy in store so I’m pretty happy to find the store here.

Amazing Service.
I was looking for a specific CD of Songs from the Wars as I am organising a VE/VJ Day party. The young lady at the store in Solihull, Claire, was so helpful. She knew exactly what I was after and went on line to find suitable CD's for me. She pulled up on in particular which was exactly what I was looking for. Not being in stock she ordered it for me to be despatched to my home addre. Brilliant.

I ordered 2 SG1 funko pops from HMV in Solihull before Christmas. I was informed that the first one had arrived. The lady was most helpful, she looked to see when the next one could be due.

Amazing store staff
Went into one of the stores to purchase a particular film but they did not have it. The staff member offered to order it in and have it delivered to the store - exceptional customer service
