I couldn’t get what I wanted in store (coloured vinyl) I ordered online and it was delivered to my local store within a few days . I was updated with emails. Brilliant service!

I ordered a headphone for store…
I ordered a headphone for store delivery to Northampton, few days later received an email it has been dispatched, a few days later still no confirmation email if I can collect from store, tried to call the store the past couple of days but it goes to answer machine and its also on a loop where it says: “the call is cost 7 p per minute” and it goes on forever, no chance to talk to anyone over the phone, they dont have an email addres either, I raised a ticket on their support portal, days gone and no answer..absolutely rubbish customer sevice. Never order anything again from them.

Great quality
Great quality , fast delivery , the product was just amazing!! The staff member was a huge huge help and I would have of left hmv/Northampton if it wasn’t for the staff member !!
