Easy to order on-line after visiting a store where they were sold out, no fuss, quick delivery, well packaged first time order but would not hesitate to order again.

The shop assistants are always very helpful and pleasant. My order arrived within a few days, and I'm very happy with it. I've ordered items before from this local branch and the staff have always been as helpful (and patient, when searching for elusive stock online!)

Bought a number of Blu Ray items off the shelf in Harrogate HMV store but staff there offered to order other items online for me that weren't available or out of stock at the time.Both staff members Jacob and Alfie are always helpful.My items were sent in several separate batches as they became available and delivered to me by Royal Mail within the expected time frames.A good smooth experience from first to last.Thanks.
