This company - HMV - is doing well in treating customers for 3 reasons: 1: The staff are helpful, 2: The ordering service keeps the customer up-to-date (order dispatched/order ready to collect) &3: The staff selected for employments within the HMV stores are always professional, chatty, are interested in what the customer buys. Whatever HMV protocol is for selecting prospective job hunters, it is in my experience, working well.

Just that I did not receive any email letting me know that the CD had arrived in store. It has apparently been there for 5 days. I need it badly and have just phoned the store to make enquiries. It was paid for. I can now collect it, Thank you

Helpfulness of HMV assistant in the Basingstoke store. I didn't have the correct title but thanks to the young man's patience and perseverance he found the DVD I wanted. Placing the order and arranging to have it delivered to the store was easy.
