So disappointed: ordered a special 50th birthday present in the special presentation box. Sadly the box is just a white cardboard box (£10) and the actual book contained the front page of photocopied, not genuine newspaper, front psge of the Mirror, not as advertised with either Times or Guardian. The news articles can’t be read fully as it continues on second page, Gutted as my husband bought me 25 years ago a historic newspaper, Times as advertised, original newspaper, and beautifully presented in a fake leather box. Certsinly not worth the money and heartbroken as it was a special present for a special birthday.

I purchased a Blackpool FC newspaper book for my dad. It’s difficult to find any memorabilia for Blackpool FC, this was fantastic! He loved Stanley Mathews and has looked at how he joined the club and the matches he played. The book is very well made, it looks and feels a really good quality. It’s always been difficult to buy for my dad but the £60 odd was worth it this Father’s Day.

Easy to order and the book is absolutely perfect! Beautifully designed and the fact that you can personalize a message makes it even more special.

Purchased for a 70th birthday gift. There were good options to personalise the book and commemorate the occasion.

The included articles are fantastic - high quality printing and an interesting look at the history of tennis. There are even old ads and other articles included on some pages which general history buffs would enjoy.

Delivery to Australia was fast as well. Would purchase here again!

Makes a brilliant gift for the football fanatic in your family! Particularly liked that you can have a dedication printed inside. Lovely quality too.

Superb quality book arrived in good time and was bought as a surprise for my husband for Father's day. He loved it and I know this because I keep catching him taking peaks at the book! Seeing his face smile/light up when he sees an article of a game he remembers from his childhood. Its also up-to-date with games as recently as a couple of months ago so overall it was worth the pennies spent- excellent value! Would certainly recommend for any football fan.

The entire selection process was very user friendly based on category. The book arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I loved the ability to create a dedication and the recipients name on the book. It arrived very promptly.

The book itself looked great and the pages were high quality. I have to say I am disappointed the bottom of the page still had ‘presented to’ written on the bottom of the book, even though I dis not want a personalised book. If I had known ‘presented to’ would still be written I would have inputted a name. Delivery was was also delayed slightly.

So i wasn't quite sure what to buy dad for his 80th birthday...then I had a great idea to look for something to do with motor sport.
I found this amazing book on Google and did a little research before ordering.
It's fantastic, you can choose your layout of the book cover and change colour and also add a lovely box for the book. We personalised the book with dad's name on it and added the gift box.
It was very well presented, looked great and is full of great information and the history of F1.
My wife purchased this for dad's gift and he loves it.
Would definitely recommend this to any motor sport fans.

An unusual gift, a well made book ,some of the pages are a bit dark but considering the age of the papers does not detract from its uniqueness. My partner loved it.

What a great company. The experience was all good. Easy to order website and excellent prices. I didn’t need to use customer services all went well. Everything was explained and I was able to browse what I required. My husband loves Aberdeen Football Club so I thought I would buy him something to remember the club winning the cup. The newspaper had loads of different achievements etc plenty of pictures and the Cup Winners Cup photographs. He was over moon with it. Have a look they do many occasions birthday might be his next one.

Like the idea, but the quality of the book was poor. There was a huge air bubble in the back cover which wrinkled the lining. Not a great look for a gift, but too late and complicated to exchange.

I discovered this randomly on Instagram. Decided to buy as a Father's Day present and it was really appreciated. I was very happy with the purchase - it's great quality, arrived on time, well-packaged and with no damage (even though I didn't go for the gift box option).

Note that this review is for the football club book, not the birth year version so I can't say what that would be like.

A small down-side would be that it's pretty much all from just one newspaper brand. I would have expected more of a variety, but the content was great, so I didn't mind that. When it arrived, it looked so good that it made me actually want one for myself! Thank you Historic Newspapers!

I had forgotten to keep the Telegraph on a particular birthday and so I had to get another.

The price & product are excellent; reason for 3 stars is less than 2 mins after ordering I realised I hadn’t included the date of birth to be printed on front, I contacted immediately and was told sorry too late.Yes, my fault for forgetting and I could understand if I contacted later, but immediately after confirming I would have expected better help & service.
