I ordered my dresses for a wedding but due to not being able to attend I needed to exchange them for another event on another date and obviously different style dresses. Lucy did this for me with no bother. She replied back to me quickly. So happy with this service. Thank you so much 😊

I have hired a lot of outfits from Hire street and they've always been wonderful. I just wanted to point out to others so you don't make the same mistake that I did. If you use the offer codes i.e 2 dresses for £35 you do not get rental credit when you return them, which I only just realised when I wondered why the 3 dresses I returned due to the events being cancelled, were not refunded and checked the help section. It has put me off ordering again now so be aware if there is a chance your event might get cancelled don't use the offers.

Great quality products
Great quality products, with a variety of colours and sizes. Products always arrive on time if not before the arrival date. Really simple to send back, they provide packaging and a sticker and all you do is hand over to local post office on day it's due back. I love that the clothes are re worn and shared amongst people. A great way of being environmentally friendly whilst also trying new outfits. All packaging is recycled too. The staff have been very responsive. I've used hire street on 4 occasions over the past year and had a really positive experience each time!

The only way to get ready for special events

My go-to for special occasion outfits
I love Hirestreet! They have loads of lovely clothes to choose from and stock some designers I've never heard of, which means I see things I never would have otherwise. I wear clothes I couldn't afford to buy to events and I'm not left with dresses I've only worn once hanging in my wardrobe gathering dust. And it's good for the environment! The process of hiring and returning is always smooth and easy. I can't fault it!

Great outfits and helpful customer support
Always had a good experience with Hirestreet. The clothes normally arrive a few days early and the fit is stunning so a great chance to wear clothes you couldn’t normally afford/ are very out there. Customer support is also very quick to deal with queries and super helpful.

Great quality and fast delivery
Arrived two days before the rental period and fit perfectly! Only thing that was confusing was that the labels were still attached the dresses? Wasn’t sure whether to remove them or not there was no information on this so would of been good to have some clarification! Otherwise amazing experience and already recommending to others!

Dress arrived on the date requested and was it perfect condition and it was really easy to send back.
I was impressed by the number of dresses available, especially as I’d left it very last minute to sort out, and it was great value for money

Clear, concise and friendly response to my complex question
I had a fairly complex and time sensitive question for Hirestreet. Their customer support responded same day in a really clear, helpful and easy to understand way that meant I felt really confident in the process. Great customer service like this is exactly why I recommend using Hirestreet, and is so essential for helping those who are less familiar with the how to use the platform in getting used to it.

Poor quality garment
Poor quality garment, hairs, hole and didn't smell or look clean when it arrived. Customer service is terrible, slow replies and I am still going back and forth to try and get a) replacement hire, b) refund!
Nice idea... but I would avoid in future.

The customer service for refunds…
The customer service for refunds doesn’t work efficiently. I returned two dresses which I didn’t wear and am having a battle to get refunds. It took a week to get one dress refunded and the other hadn’t been refunded yet because customer service seem to be confused as to my order and think I only ordered one dress. The refund process should be automated and shouldn’t require a lot of back and forth with customer service.
The quality of the dresses is poor; only one actually looked like the image and it was broken.
It’s a good idea but the business requires a lot of work.
I’m the response the Hirestreet team suggested I email the same customer service team which I’ve been speaking to for over a week and who haven’t been able to deal with my complaint, so it seems there is no way to resolve this. Hirestreet team - I am based in the uk and have placed orders with you.

I love the whole business model and the range of outfits available. The order turned up earlier than expected so I had time to try on before my event. The customer service has also been excellent with personal responses and willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issues or questions.
