Well this breaks the mould on the buying a house experience , and all for the better. A really pleasant experience, first hand knowledge on the flow of the house, history and personal experiences of living in the Property. This approach cuts out the sales talk and allows you to ask direct questions with answers, its more believable and trustworthy.

We are sorry for the difficulties you've experienced with signing in to view properties and the issues with our contact form. That said, I can see you created an account at 6.41am this morning (albeit under the name “htxhryr utjcur”) which was verified by email at 6.55am. Having created your account, the system enables you to book viewings of properties advertised or to contact a seller. You do not however have to create an account to view any property listed on Hiizzy.
We take your comments seriously and are committed to improve our services and for this reason we requested to engage with you to fully understand and address your comments and to provide help although you chose not to take us up on this.
Finally, as a new business a one star review is very damaging especially without being given a proper opportunity to address the issue
They are great!
Everything has been very easy and they answer all your questions quickly. When I decided to do an open house, I let Hiizzy know and they posted on all social media with all the necessary information. Hopefully, with this , the house is selling soon!

Very helpful staff! Great communication! They respond to any queries immediately!
I had some problems with my house listing as a first-time seller but every issue I had was addressed very quickly and my emails answered normally the same day or first thing in the morning if I sent my querry/question late in the evening or at night.
We have just had a viewing requested through Hiizzy website. Hopefully it will lead to the sale.

New Listing
I listed my house yesterday and found the process pretty straightforward. I did lose everything I had input twice and had to start again . That’s probably due more to my ineptitude than the site . Possibly a “save” button would be useful ? I started on my laptop , then switched to mobile to upload the photos as mine are in the cloud . The AI generated description is really good - it creates an overall comprehensive review of your property simply from inputting single words .
As one review states , people don’t always show up to view - that has happened to me when selling through an agent too . Sometimes they cancel last minute - yes when you have cleaned! It does mean you have a shiny house though . Yes , selling property is incredibly stressful , but at least with Hiizzy you have control . It’s a brilliant , innovative idea for Jersey which has been under the minimum 1% kosh for way too long . I’m hoping it creates more competition within the housing market in Jersey - agents will need to reduce their fees.
It’s great that listings will also be on Places.je- mine hasn’t appeared on there yet - hopefully today . I will give more feedback as the weeks go by . I would encourage everyone to list with Hiizzy and help them disrupt the current way houses are sold in Jersey. Saving thousands of pounds is a no - brainier .

Hiizzy received your message on July 30th, and our team responded within two hours to provide assistance with your property listing. In addition, in the Hiizzy knowledge hub there is guidance on how to list your property, take photographs and prepare your house for sale. Unfortunately, we found that the listing did not comply with our terms and conditions, which necessitated its removal from the Hiizzy the following day.

This is exactly the point. Hiizzy is here to empower the private seller and buyer because they are not allowed on Rightmove or other similar platforms. This industry has disempowered the individual making it almost impossible to sell privately. Hiizzy is here to change all of that and with a new marketplace at an affordable realistic price 10% of which is going to charity to help tackle youth homelessness.

Apartment Block Selling
Just at the beginning of using Hiizzy to sell our properties.
The website is very user-friendly and intuitive. I love the AI description generator, which cuts half the time of describing a property professionally and enticingly! Also, I appreciate that it generates different descriptions for each property should you be posting multiple apartments for the same block.
I like the analytics section as well which is something very important as property developers for our funding etc..
Certainly, something we shall use going forward, and we look forward to seeing the views we get and potential viewings/ sales in the future!
