Quick to ship, product as ordered
Ordered a pair of powered speakers (Kanto yu6). Package was shipped very quickly from their warehouse. Received the proper product/colour as ordered. Good vendor experience.

J'aime beaucoup cette entreprise. Un super bon service personnalisé
et courtois. Expédition rapide et produits très bien protégés (haut-parleurs emballés double-boîte si demandé). Ça fait 7 commandes de haut-parleurs
que je fais et je suis très satisfait.

My "refurbished" Cambridge Audio Topaz…
My "refurbished" Cambridge Audio Topaz AM10 arrived double boxed on a Saturday morning. Shipping was very quick. As for the Topaz amp, it looked like new as it was packaged in the original carton and included all accessories in sealed plastic bags just like from the factory. Very happy with this purchase.

Best communication from a retailer in so long. An actual phone call to explain a very minor delay with my purchase. They upgraded the cartridge I purchase and it arrived the next day. I will definitely shop Hifi Pro again.
