always receive the correct item in reasonable time

Great company to deal with.

Use these regularly and they have never put a foot wrong with my orders. Usually receive the next day or within 24 hours.

I wish that I could reorder without having to re-add to the basket as my orders are habitual. But it’s great I can get high quality parts. I do still have to go to mouser and a place in Germany for what I need but they do have a good selection of audiophile parts.

Nick offered me sound advice which has greatly improved my system, a wonderful hand made Mundorf interconnect cable.

You need good quality equipment and accessories for top level hifi at sensible prices.

Over the last 20ish years I have been buying from HFC both while living in the UK & France, they never disappoint, their portfolio is the very best, after sales service & delivery second to none, ignore the bad fb from a couple buyers as they obviously only made one purchase & while rather than looking for a solution, decided conflict was the way to go. Nick is always helpful to fault! I have been in this trade as an importer & sales for years & am in no way affiliated with HFC but I do know where to put my business!!

In my tube headphone amp I use Audin ATC coupling caps which sound very good. I was curious what effect of bypass caps would give and I ordered Duelund pure silver bypass caps, what a positive difference in already a good sounding amp. Very recommended!

Abominable delivery services. I ordered at the same time from Mouser , JLCPB, one shipment came from China the other from USA a WHOLE WEEK before the one from HiFi Collective UK came to Romania ( and still counting ). Do not order no matter how tempted you are, search for Canadian or French similar website, they may have nice products and decent prices BUT THEY WILL NEVER GET TO YOU

Nick at Hifi Collective went far beyond great customer service to assist me with my wiring project. Super helpful, the product (silk cable sheathing) was perfect and the delivery was fast. Would highly recommend!!!

For some reason I always end up buying from this store, maybe because they are the only ones that can deliver those certain cables.

Excellent, fast service. Their website is easy to navigate and order from. Very high quality components and parts, so you're safe in the knowledge that you are buying good quality products.
I've never had a bad experience when dealing with HiFi Collective, and I've used them for a few years, so I can honestly recommend buying from them.

first their website can't process my order, despite numerous attempts.
then they ask for your credit card number over phone
you refuse. asking them advice gets you curt replies and then radio silence, they went on holiday without telling you.
you finally order from them but their website screws up your address (can't do auto-fill unlike professional websites like ebay or aliexpress) so the parcel never gets to you, but returned to seller - TWICE
seller will not refund and blames you for screwing up the order. lies about not receiving the parcel.
finally after sending many angry emails to seller, seller relents and refunds u but MINUS SGD$45 for the shipping back and forth which was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT
so dont buy from HIFICOLLECTIVE,
