Um serviço horrível, conexão lenta em todos os servidores. Um atendimento péssimo (não me cancelaram o pagamento automático, mesmo eu enviando duas mensagens ao suporte). O que me vez remover outros métodos de pagamento, e deixar só o Google play, porque só assim, o serviço será cancelado. Eles não cancelam quando o cliente pede, é pior que a máfia! A partir do momento que experimentas o serviço dele (comprei uma chave de 30 dias, no site kinguin) e eles começaram a cobrar automaticamente.

people looking for IPs in africa dont even try this HMA its a scam the servers shows in GB or CZ. Unbelievable they have like 50 african IP location thats the only reson I signed up and when you try to connect it gives you Gb or CZ. Trust me run away from this

Do not subscribe to this VPN service, it simply doesn't work. And there is no way to get assistance. It is just a scam.

Promised refund if not satisfied - Still haven't received any money when the refund was promised a month ago

They commitment for best streaming but it's joke. No streaming works on it. When you connected to it and try to login Netflix and other streaming platforms. It never connect. Ip shuffling is only for little privacy. Because it only support openvpn which us blocked in many countries

Been trying to install for 3 months on my Mac. The support sends me a reply after making me wait two weeks. I do what they say, delete files in Library redownload and still I get the message HMA already installed.
I asked for a refund as I haven't been able to use if for 3 months and they said no. I feel stuck!

Paid customer – disappointed. Many servers turn out to be virtual (India shows as UK, Saudi Arabia as Czechia), and my support ticket has gone unanswered for over a week. I just want a clear answer about server types and when (or if) you’ll provide more real-location servers. Hoping for a reply here since direct support was unresponsive.

why you chargy my account auto ? i cancel my membership last month. i need my full refund,... don't scam people with their credicard data. when i go to chat, they say i am bot and not allow me to send message.. very bullshit vpn

Error noticed in February, reported several times with no response. Eventually received response (after posting bad reviews either them and on Apple Store). After 6 weeks they apologised for not responding but still did not address the complaint. Repeated complaints resulted in an answer several days later blaming third party vendors for not updating their systems (I just need to wait for them to fix it..,,).
More complaints answered with the same story but added that it actually does not matter as outside systems would see me as being on a Malaysian IP. Total BS and what an insult to say my problem does not matter!!!
I will not be renewing this subscription!!

UPDATE: After 6 weeks of trying, they eventually replied to one of my messages and issued me a full refund for the extra account.

I signed up for a 7 day free trial. At the end of the trial it automatically charged me for TWO one year subscriptions at over £59.88 each- it created two account numbers.

I have contacted them multiple times, both by email and through the contact form.
They have sent automatic acknowledgement emails to say they will get back to me soon, and even had the nerve to send a survey for my support experience... But no actual response, never mind a refund, for over 5 weeks now.

The VPN works well and you can get it to switch IP adress automatically, which is a good feature. Some of the ip addresses seem to be blacklisted and are blocked by some sites though. Overall it works well, though.

Scam! They are charging 71.88 EUR even though the subscription has been cancelled many months ago!

no me llegan el correo ni spam tampoco

Supporto inesistente, ho ancora due anni di abbonamento ma l'applicazione non funziona più su MAC Sequoia.

I have subscribe five years ago and they take me 79 euros with m'y PayPal account while i have release my subscribe after the first year of subscription.
Till now after one week of conplain i have no answer.

No devuelven el dinero
Estos los probé hace muchos años y eran buenos, ahora creo que los compró otra empresa y a mi sus vpn no me sirven, hace más de 15 dias dijeron que me devolverían el dinero... nada , más de 107 euros. Si no nos dejáis probar el producto, avisar, no pongan 30 días de garantía de reembolso y no lo cumplen.

L' assistenza pari zero assoluto.
