From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave it's a wonderful experience at Exeter Hidden Hearing. Nothing is too much trouble and time is taken to make sure you understand everything whether it is checking your existing Hearing aids or setting up new ones. Rosie and Richard are an asset to the company.

I have been having difficulty getting suitable hearing aids from various suppliers, and this was leading to me becoming quite withdrawn. Then Rosie and her assistant, Richard at Exeter Hidden Hearing came to my rescue and I now have aids that suit my needs.
I want to express my deepest appreciation for the quality of service i received. Rosie was extremely professional: thorough, patient, responsive and very empathetic….she listened.
I think she went beyond the call of duty to sort me out!
Behind the scene, Richard provided a prompt and courteous service at all times.
My hearing has improved and my mood has lightened.
It has been a pleasure to write this review.

Your representative, Jack is a knowledgeable and very helpful audiologist who looked after my husband on this his second trip to complete the use and charging of his prescribed aids and then proceeded to look after my needs. Unfortunately he met up with two ears which were as waxed up as a beehive so then had to stop but advised me how to have the wax removed.

Micro suction wax removal - Suzanne explained what was going to happen and what I might experience.
I didn’t feel any discomfort and was surprised at the amount of wax removed.
I’m now hearing a lot better and wish I had it carried out sooner.

The audiologist was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner that was clear and easy to understand. She was really helpful.

I’m not usually the one to write reviews, but I feel this one is well deserved I took my 85 year old mum in the Exeter branch were myself & my mum were greeted by the lovely Richard very welcoming indeed, we was a little early for our appointment actually 15 minutes early! They were very busy and Richard assured us they would be with us as soon as possible, Richard chatted happily to us while we waited for Rosie who seen we was waiting and within 5 minutes she was their looking after Mum. I was really impressed with how sufficient friendly and very caring & patient she was, Mum was very happy with the service they provided Thankyou Rosie & Richard

Fabulous Service from Hidden hearing .
Although my symptoms matched the point where a hearing aid was warranted the benefits were not as expected and no great help .
Mike was extremely helpful in going through the Aids and very patient with me .
The refund was very prompt to which I was very grateful .
Hidden hearing kept to there word and I shall have no hesitation to return when my wife complains again !!
