Welcome to Hicks & Brown, we are an independent hat brand founded by two sisters, Alice & Rosie. We combine British heritage with contemporary style to design high quality ladies and mens hats that can be worn throughout the seasons and for many years to come. Our unique styles are as at home in the city as they are in the country and can be worn for special days and for every day. Customers often tell us that they buy our hats for the pure joy of they bring.
Over time, our range has expanded to include year-round fedoras, summer fedoras and formal hats, as well as Baker Boy caps that can be worn by men and women. And our colour palette ranges from sophisticated neutrals to uplifting brights. Company is independant and good products
Company is independant - good products and respond to quesitons. The one thing i would question is the hat sizing. Luckily worked out ok for me but the hat I bought fitted perfectly but I pruchsed resizers as seemed as f it would be too big according to guidelines. But lovely hat

Excellent product and customer service
Excellent product and customer service, but what else would you expect from Hicks & Brown!
Whereas their delivery company DPD leave a lot to be desired ! Parcel box labeled “handle with care”, box severely damaged. Fortunately due to excellent packaging the contents survived with no damage, but Hicks supplied a new storage box promptly and restored faith.

A really great company to deal with.
Ordering was super easy. I measured my head, as per the guide, and opted for the Large as I was on the lower limit. It arrived quickly but I found it was a tad big. I contacted customer services and spoke to a wonderful lady who told me my nearest stockist so I could try the Medium before exchange or ordering sizing additions. I then spoke to her again when I went to order my Medium as I had, originally, treated myself to the hat box too so wanted to make sure how they wished the hat returned. This lady, I think it was Rachael, was super helpful and so lovely to deal with, she made the whole experience really easy and pleasant. I can’t fault the customer services team and would happily recommend this company to anyone.

Hicks and Brown hats are stylish and well-made and so I was delighted with the summer-style hats which I purchased. I need to avoid sun exposure to my face at the moment and so I turned to Hicks and Brown and am delighted that I did.
