Welcome to Hicks & Brown, we are an independent hat brand founded by two sisters, Alice & Rosie. We combine British heritage with contemporary style to design high quality ladies and mens hats that can be worn throughout the seasons and for many years to come. Our unique styles are as at home in the city as they are in the country and can be worn for special days and for every day. Customers often tell us that they buy our hats for the pure joy of they bring.
Over time, our range has expanded to include year-round fedoras, summer fedoras and formal hats, as well as Baker Boy caps that can be worn by men and women. And our colour palette ranges from sophisticated neutrals to uplifting brights. Throughout it all, our customers have been a huge part of the journey, with their invaluable feedback and the unique ways they wear Hicks & Brown. Gorgeous and high quality
I ordered a size too large and spoke to a really helpful and friendly person in the office. I placed the order for a smaller size over the phone and it arrived the next day. I was so impressed. I also got t refund on the original purchase extremely quickly.
The quality of these hats area second to none and I shall continue to buy

This is a top class supplier …
This is a top class supplier with top of the range gear, and a wow service. It's not cheap but the quality is very very good and as stylish as you can get. Wish they had more mens or unisex wear. If they did I'd be hooked.

Beautiful Hat
Hat arrived very quickly, boxed up beautifully and the hat itself is great quality and looks fab on. I have a very small head and getting hats to fit is tricky but the XS is a perfect fit for me

Poor delivery carrier experience.
Well, my wife loves the hat, but it arrived soaking wet. The package was dropped off through the door into a dry area, so the moisture did not come post delivery. The plastic packaging was all wet and there must have been a gap in the seal because when opened all of the packaging and hat was soaking wet; so much so it was like the package had been submerged in water. Perhaps a carrier issue, but disappointing nonetheless.

Quality as expected
Ordered a scarf, headband and wrist warmers in air force blue with a gift box. Everything was well packed and perfect for summer storage. Beautiful quality and softness. Will be purchasing a matching set for my daughter. Delivery was prompt and undamaged.

The hat arrived in a nice box. The hat is beautiful and fits well. I ordered a small. Previously I had ordered a medium which is a little big for me, but I added the hat resizers they sell and that helped to make it fit better.
