We used these solicitors fot the buying / selling of property where we was part of a large chain. They were incredibly professional, organised and supportive at every step. Kate E has particularly gone above and beyind for us helping to update us on all parts of the chain. Emails are replied to in a very speedy timescale. There is also a very handy and visually friendly app.

I had a really positive experience with Hennah Haywood buying my first home. Abbie Gronow was especially brilliant - super responsive, helpful and patient with the many questions I had as a first time buyer. Abbie (and Georgia Erasmus) kept everything moving, including doing lots of chasing with my lender and helping when things became difficult with my broker.

There's a reason you couldnt review this company on trust pilot for years.
Terrible from day one. Never received documents that we emailed over, took about 2 weeks for them to 'find them'
Don't respond to emails, if they do you are waiting a week.
Don't answer the phone, if they do they will put you through to your solicitor who 1) won't answer 2) answering machine is full so you can't even leave a message.

They will fob you off and tell you they are doing something when they are not.
You think you have almost finished the process when they send you more stuff to sign, which could have been done months prior.
The only way we got the ball rolling again was when we complained to the person who referred us to them, and he took the reigns. Hopefully he never refers anyone else ever again.

We were very close to changing to a different company. Our seller almost pulled out, we could have lost our house due to this company.

You also can't leave any comments on their social media as it will be deleted instantly!

They caused so much stress that even 4 years later I still think about it

We had the best experience with Hennah Haywood Law. We just purchased our first property and we have always heard the solicitors make the house purchase process difficult. In our case this was far from the truth as everything went seamlessly. We had great communication throughout the whole process and our case handler Ryan Bater was fantastic. He provided support and advice throughout the process which I appreciated being a first time buyer. Christina Thai also handled our case and was very reassuring and prompt with her service. Great experience from start to finish, we sold and bought our new home and it couldn’t have been any smoother, everything was explained in detail and always had a fast response, we dealt with three members of staff, Alice, Rachel and Jessica who were all great through out the process.
