It has to be bad management
I waited an hour past my pickup time to even be talked to. When I finally get to talk to this one worker, in told that my vehicle will be a little while it's being cleaned. Ok so 15 more minutes go by. And some worker pulls up, says my name and says I'm all set. As soon as I get in the vehicle the vehicle reeks like an old dirty fish tank, the windshield wipers did not work properly and it was raining outside so I go back in and asked if they have any wipers on the property they tell me no but they can give me a voucher for the nearest car dealership but they don't know how long it'll take for them to put them on. I get down the road and realize that the brakes on the vehicle were way past due. When I pick up my passenger he tells me that the floor is wet, the vehicle, come to find out the passenger side in both the front and the back, the floors were soaked because I'm assuming someone left the window open. When I return the vehicle when I told them everything that was going on with the vehicle it wasn't that big of a deal to the company. apparently
