Hertz - Tulsa - Tulsa International Airport (TUL) Recenzje 

I had to wait 45 minutes outside in 101° heat and 60% humidity to get my vehicle. They had no President Circle set up. The indoor air- conditioned counter was closed and stated “President Circle outside”, which was not accurate. One of the reasons why I choose HERTZ is the convenience provided when picking up a vehicle.

This location has NO President Circle line or perks, had to wait in an extensive line to get my vehicle. Although the staff was polite, the time wasted waiting for my assignment was inconsiderate.

Between the counter inside the airport and the booth in the garage neither knew what was going on. They were helping customers in a total random order based on what was convenient for them at the time without taking the customers time into consideration. Very Poor Process to pick up a car.

The experience was so easy at the Tulsa airport. Pick up and drop was fast and on the property. I paid for an upgrade which was well worth it and still a great price.

Rental and return were both super quick and easy. Vehicle was in great shape.

It was a smooth transaction.

It took approximately 30 minutes just to pick up my car. As a Gold member, that’s unacceptable.

From check in to drop off, nothing but a good experience. At check in, the lady was friendly respectful and courteous, got through the process with a breeze. The vehicle was clean and new. Drop off was the same, quick and easy. 10 out of 10

Getting our rental from the desk agent went just fine. We received a 2026 Buick enclave with 8000 miles car seem fine when we left but later in the day as we were 100 or so miles away. The car developed a nauseous smell in the interior almost like a dead rodent smell upon further review. The car obviously had not been cleaned since the last rental we had to basically detail the car ourselves in order for us to even continue on our route we bought several different order expelling sprays wiped down every surface, including the seats. It took about a day and a half for the smell to subside we checked with other Hertz rental agencies in the area to see if we can exchange it. No one got back to us.

Yvonne, she was really nice, really kind.She always treated me really good there.

The application and reservation process was great. However, the “friendly” customer service experience was lacking when I arrived.

The pick up of the vehicle was quick and friendly. The manager’s choice was a small SUV that was relatively comfortable for what it was and got great gas mileage. Drop off, was again, quick and friendly. Thank you!
