Great Experience
Considering the negative reviews that I read prior to renting here I found the experience quite positive. The agents were all very friendly and accommodating. The car was clean, comfortable, and roomy and I could tell that the vehicle was well maintained. The process during the rental and return was quick and efficient. I would not hesitate to rent from this location in the future.

Hertz electronic reservation system is faulty
Many times the car or suv i book are not at the rental site when i arrive. Sometimes there are no vehicles. The Hertz electronic reservation system is faulty. It is always hit or miss.

This location and its Leadership under Justin Deam, Christian, and Larry Moore, consistently go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and special. The vehicles are all top notch, clean and serviced before each rental. I recommend this location and the crew to anyone.
