Car wasn’t cleaned prior to my rental. There was also no window cleaner.

Staff was on a personal call while i waited. I dobt believe the car they rented me was supposed to go out yet. The gas tank was on empty. I removed several wrappers, pieces of candy and various trash. I personally had to wipe down the inside of doors snd consoles to include charging area snd cup holders due to the candy left and spilled drink residue

We had an outstanding experience with David at Hertz on a Monday morning during the NBA playoffs; a time when rental cars were incredibly scarce and demand was at its peak. The lobby was busy, his hands were clearly full, and it would have been easy for anyone to become overwhelmed. Instead, David handled everything with remarkable professionalism.

From a customer’s perspective, all we saw was someone who was calm, patient, and confident. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including the rare situations that could arise, so we felt informed and comfortable before driving away. What we didn’t fully realize until later was just how much chaos he was managing behind the scenes while making it look effortless.

What impressed us most was that his level of care wasn’t just reserved for us. He treated every customer in the lobby with the same respect, patience, and attention, going above and beyond to make sure everyone left satisfied despite the challenging circumstances.

It’s rare to come across customer service like this. What could have easily turned into a stressful experience ended up being one of the best rental car experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to David. Hertz is fortunate to have someone who represents the company with such professionalism, composure, and genuine care for customers.
