Chris is very good at serving the customers. He tries his best to satisfy customers while performing his duties respectfully and responsibly.

Young man was very receptive and made the check out service quick and easy

Car was available and on timer per the appointment. Tank was full and floors clean. Staff attentive and professional. Thanks for the experience!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a little chaotic and we had to work through three cars (didn’t get the car I reserved) before I got one that was rentable. In the end that car was a great fit and people were very helpful and quick on the return.

Easy in and return. Worked with repair shop on coordination

No issues with the car on a 350 mile round trip but:

1) Neither exterior nor interior of car was cleaned
Dirt in the back seat and rear cargo area. Bird droppings on exterior
2) Car wasn't completely full of fuel
3) Two dash warning lights were on
4) Manager provided no assistance other than "someone will be with you shortly"

Would not recommend this location.

Well it all begin in Raleigh when made a reservation for hertz. Most of the car seat was dirty what a business to deal with and the employees act like renting a car like that to anyone. Enterprise: Your rental is due for return on the following date and time: Jul 26, 2026, 9:30 Am details now: .What a place .the place was in Raleigh North Carolina.that place sucks.need more cars and they was not clean.

I honestly walked in not expecting much, but the staff here was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make the process easier when there were unexpected roadblocks. I will be coming back here for my next rental!

The inside of the Hertz office was physically, not clean as I said before trash cans are running over with trash to me. It just wasn’t a very clean environment, which made it kind of unpleasant.
