The Mercedes had 2 tires that kept running out of air every day I had it, your company needs to start checking vehicles more carefully unexpectable.

My Kalamazoo car wasn’t ready. Had to wait 30 min. Then had to give it back, it wreaked of smoke. The second car AppleCar was malfunctioning. The GRR airport facility had absolutely zero signage.Had to stop and ask for directions on a very short schedule. My MCC rental was a death trap. With excessive levels of vibration that would drive out all the fasteners if not repaired when driving around 60mph. I’ve driven vehicles with out of balance wheels but this was on a record breaking level.

Easy pick up and drop off. Quick.

Navigation systems should be in all rental cars.

A very pleasant experience. The only issue was we had to wait about 35 minutes in the parking garage to leave. They apparently didn’t have enough help.

I like the no contact way to pick up my vehicle. It was easy to find my name on the board and the location of the vehicle. And I like having a choice in which vehicle I could choose. Return was just as smooth and easy. Will definitely use this company again!

The car we reserved and prepaid for was not available. There were NO other cars that were in that class and we had to stuff 5 of us plus 5 checked bags into an EV sedan. We were supposed to get a refund / lower rate and have not.

I love just going straight to the car without waiting. It was smooth

Picked a car from Presidents Circle. Told at gate it was reserved. Why was it parked in PC? Had to go back and pick another one. Whole process took 45 mins before I finally left the lot

All went well especially drop off but till charges are deceivinv

Easy pickup & drop-off. Courteous staff. Easy to find my car. Great selection of cars. All round good experience.

Everything was great except I wasn’t made aware that any of the cars in the row, I could just get in and go. They sent me a picture of a Nissan which I did not find in the row and had to walk back to the desk to find out what was going on. I’ve never rented from before so didn’t know

Car was dirty and battery charge was poor

We rented a vehicle at Orlando International Airport (MCO) from Wednesday, Oct 14 through Sunday, Oct 18, arriving via JetBlue in Terminal C. The vehicle itself was spotless and in excellent condition.

​The only minor hiccup was discovering that Gold skip-the-counter benefits do not currently apply at the Terminal C location, requiring us to go through a manual check-in process. While unexpected, the service agent who assisted us handled the situation wonderfully. They clearly explained the system limitations in a professional, courteous, and non-defensive manner.

​Overall, it was a very positive rental experience, made great by an outstanding agent and a clean car!

I reserved a Mercedes A220 sedan, and prepaid for the rental to the tune of $380+. When I get there, they don't have the car for me, and even though there are other cars they could have offered, they tell me I would be charged more for those cars (apparently those are upgrades to even a Mercedes sedan), and they give me a SUV. The SUV ended up having the worst windshield wipers, but more importantly, a cruise control system that had technical problems and kept turning off. There were many times when I was in the fast lane and the cruise control suddenly dropped off and created a dangerous situation of the vehicle suddenly slowing down. As a Presidents Circle member, I expected a lot more overall quality in the whole experience.
