Sadly, this is last time I will rent from this Hertz location. It's close by, but the delays (this was not the first) are too much.

I was terribly late picking up our rental car and she did everything in her power to still get us on the road in time to pick up kids from summer camp in New Jersey. She was kind, compassionate, and allowed me to think through options unpressured. Joanne was amazing!

Hertz (in person) is consistent and postive
I have had consistent and positive experience with the car rentals and in person help when renting. I only wish the phone support, online support and chat support was more helpful. Any issues I've ever had have either gotten worse through the chat process or greatly limited though the lack of real person phone support.
