Good car, clean and reliable. Average Service, helpful but not pleasant. Location is awful, no parking, on the corner of a very busy street!!
I will most likely use Napa Hertz again in the future. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Forced to use minivan
I scheduled my rental months in advance but when I showed up for my compact sedan they had only a minivan for me. Not fun for seven days of winding roads, city, and high gas costs. Plus I had to pay an extra $80 for parking because it was "oversized".
