Massive Over Charge
As a Hertz Gold member, I expected much better.
Hertz overcharged me approximately $2,100 for a 4 day rental. Rather than simply reviewing the charges and correcting what appears to be a significant billing error, I have been made to jump through hoops trying to get my money back.
A $2,100 overcharge is not a minor mistake, and a loyal Gold member should not have to spend this much time and effort getting an obvious billing issue addressed.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of Hertz. After being a loyal customer, I will not rent from Hertz again and cannot recommend them based on how this situation has been handled.
