I reserved fully electric car. With skip to charge it. When i got there, the car only had 80 miles of charge. I was then a provided with hybrid car.

Clean car, smooth driving.

everything was great until I returned the car. after they had sent a claim form for me to fill out stating it was damaged!! I didn't have any damage to my doing. and I didn't notice anything. I mean I was standing there when they inspected the car and nothing then to get this email!! the car wasn't cleaned properly on the inside at all really. the person that was supposed to do the check before I rented it dropped the ball. big time. I never had a bad experience until then. I am really disappointed . now because someone not doing there job you want to maybe charge me!! I checked the vehicle and I didn't notice anything that would stand out. next time I will go live when I rent a car then I will have some real proof. 🙄

Charged me for 2 extra days after the car was returned. Then overcharged me for the toll pass and then overcharged the tax. It was a really bad experience. Took 4 phone calls to get it straight and I still don't have faith that I wasn't overcharged.

The ability to choose the vehicle and drive out seamlessly makes the experience even better!

I am a gold member and have been renting from Hertz. The allocated vehicle was not meeting my needs and I requested for change of vehicle but the ground staff refused to do it

No counters is the best, just train your people better to not block exits with other cars.

I have always had best of the experiences with Hertz. When a car I had reserved was not available, they always upgraded to a better one without charging me extra.
Pickup & drop off is like a breeze. Quick & easy

Friendly customer service and the whole process was a breeze.

Loved my experience. They were so very helpful when my ID was expired. They helped me print the temporary one.

The worst services! customer services by phone never helped also I am still waiting my refund !

Your plate-pass charge is literally highway robbery. I will not be using Hertz again.

Great car. Comfortable and responsive. Surprisingly good gas mileage too. On returning it, the Bush Airport franchise tried to tack on a $75 fee for cleaning muddy wheels and some mud on the driver's side floor mat. I'm President's Circle and rent from Hertz a lot. It rained like hell in Houston during my stay and,surprise, not every car rented is used to go to Grandma's for family dinners. It was fairly quickly straightened out but was an unnecessary problem I had to take deal with. You want an easier cleaning job? Put cheap plastic floor mats on your footwell rugs. Problem solved.

The individuals at the return and especially the young woman that checked out the truck on a very hot and humid day, she had a great demeanor and was just a very good individual to work with.
