The vehicle I rented was not clean. It had not been washed nor the interior had not been wiped cleaned from the previous rental. The seats in this vehicle were very uncomfortable for an extended drive.

I had a positive experience renting a car from Hertz; Zeena at the front desk was quite helpful, offering full details and enabling a swift checkout and rapid inspection.

I appreciate that when I walk in the door I am greeted by my name. I also, appreciate the entire team Jonathan, Danny, Austin and Mike make you feel appreciated and go out of the way to make sure you want to keep coming back.

Easy and efficient. Helpful folk at the Service counter.able to reach directly by phone without having to yell "agent'at a bot a dozen times. Clean car, ran well, competitively priced

Process went smooth

The vehicle was ready and the time it took me to wait for the paperwork to be done was very reasonable. The vehicle performed well. Drop off was easy.

I’ve been a Hertz customer multiple times and have generally had good experiences, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.

I had made my reservation several weeks in advance and arrived right when the location opened, on time for my scheduled pickup. Despite that, the process took an unreasonable amount of time. I was told that my reserved vehicle was not ready and was still dirty. When I asked about the delay, the explanation I received was essentially, “meh, it’s Monday,” which I found extremely disappointing and not an acceptable explanation for a reservation that had been made weeks in advance.

I was told I could take the vehicle despite it not being properly prepared, and I agreed because I had an important work presentation four hours away and didn’t have much of a choice. Then I was informed that I could not actually take the vehicle I had reserved because of a hold on Hertz’s end. The staff had to find another vehicle, which added even more time to an already delayed departure.

When I finally received the replacement vehicle, it wasn’t even filled with gas. Because of the delays and lack of preparation, I had to leave significantly later than planned and then stop during my drive to refuel (the vehicle did not have great gas mileage in my opinion), making me even later for an important work commitment. Unfortunately, I was not able to arrive on time, which was extremely frustrating and avoidable.

What was most disappointing was that there was no real apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience throughout the process. I’ve rented from this location before and was actually planning another Hertz reservation for a trip in two weeks. After this experience, however, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I should continue booking with Hertz.

I also returned the vehicle with more gas than it had when I received it. I would appreciate clarification on whether I will be credited for the additional fuel.

I hope Hertz will take this experience seriously. Given that I’m a repeat customer and have another trip coming up, I would also appreciate a goodwill gesture or credit to help make up for the significant inconvenience and lost time this caused. I would like to continue being a Hertz customer, but experiences like this make it difficult to justify doing so.

Hertz downtown Fort Worth TX is great! Employees are friendly and helpful. I rented a car for 6 days and had zero problems. Pickup and return was easy.
I'll definitely be renting from this Hertz again.

The communication between Hertz and its branches were not very good at all. The information given by customer service/ support was incorrect, and I was unable to get a hold of anyone at any branch via phone call at all. The vehicle that I reserved, was not available and never was available according to employees. Resulting in a blank trip to the airport to change vehicles and increased costs for gasoline during my rental period.

I arrived downtown Fort Worth to pick up my car and the lady that helped me was awesome, got my car and I am a Gold member and she said that they upgraded the car and we really needed the extra space and it made our travel so much better.

Wow great service! Very friendly, free upgrade, fast check in , very nice and clean car, amount charged what quoted! All in all was a great experience, I’ll be back. Highly recommend hertz in Fort Worth on Taylor Street for your rental needs!
