The absolute worst
The absolute worst. I booked a reservation with a debit card. DO NOT book with a debit card. While I was charged and did receive reservation confirmation a few days later I got a text asking me to check in. To check in I had to provide a credit card. I called, was told because I booked with a debit card there would be no car for me even though I already paid. Then when I asked for a refund I was told it would be a $75 charge and then a few minutes later was told it would be a $90 charge. Totally shady. Never again would I use this service. All rental cars in the area were sold out so I had to book a flight to get home to my child. While still not being refunded for the original reservation.
