The actual car was fine. The man running your checkout booth at Boston. Logan airport was one of the most obnoxious Customer Service people I’ve encountered in a long time.

Very friendly Hertz check-in staff; terrible rental car airport bus
Very friendly check-in staff. Ability to sort-of get the car we needed. Easy heading out. But you do need for yiur staff to understand how crazy it is to leave the airport and get on the interstate. They need to be aware of what that is like for their customers. And you should also work with the buses that take people from the airport to your building because ours took more than a half hour, in a very hot and sweaty overcrowded bus, to get us to you. Logan has become an overly complicated mess for people flying in from elsewhere. Help them fix it! 😁

The low tire pressure light kept coming…
The low tire pressure light kept coming on and I brought the car back over 24 hours early, and did not get an adjustment reflected on the bill. This is bad policy, IMO.

The car was easy to obtain
The car was easy to find. The self-checkout was effortless. I was on the highway in about 20 minutes from the time I entered the building.
Return was also easy.

Didnt check car in until 24 hours after my return, charging me an extra day. 5 stars otherwise, but this is a big trust issue for me.

We were charged over $300 when we returned the rental car from Logan to Htfd for something another renter caused. Very disappointed in Hertz. We will not be renting from Hertz. We had no problem leaving Logan, when vehicle was approved for rental. We were harassed with emails and texts, so paid under duress for the other renter’s issue.

Great experience returning the vehicle
Car was ready. Name was on the board. And best part was on the return…the attendant drove me to my terminal (so I didn’t have to take the bus). Nice touch!

From the moment we approached the…
From the moment we approached the rental counter at Boston Logan Airport it was a great experience! The attendant was very helpful and when we left the garage the final attendant was MAGNIFICENT (that’s his favorite word and we loved him!!!) I love renting from Hertz and have NEVER had an issue!

Wiper blades were shot! Lilly was no help!
The vehicle I had needed new wiper blades badly. I asked Lilly if they could replace them when I picked my vehicle up from Boston Logan and she said she couldn't help me with my request. It was an easy fix and a definite liability for Hertz. I experienced one and a half days of rain and considered paying to change them myself. Your employee Lilly was a great disappointment. She could benefit from additional training in basic customer service skills.
