Dawn and her staff go above and beyond to make my pick up and drop off easy. Dawn has helped me many times getting rentals at airports when it says no car’s available. Travel can be difficult & stressful. Dawn takes the car rental part of the stress equation!! She is fantastic.

The guy who helped me, from Warren, was really helpful. I was disappointed that the "Manager's Choice" was a minivan instead of a Mustang Convertible or a Vette. But, I guess prayers really do not work.

In my profile I ask for Sirius XM Radio and the last three times I ordered from Hertz the car didn’t have it even though we ordered it.

I am extremely disappointed with how Hertz handled the loss of my personal property.

I accidentally left a pair of vintage wood-frame Cartier sunglasses hanging from the sun visor when I returned my rental vehicle. I realized it almost immediately and went back to the Hertz location the very next morning, before they even opened, to try to recover them.

What makes this situation particularly concerning is that the same employee who checked me out also inspected the vehicle after I returned it. I watched her drive the vehicle to the back of the facility for the cleaning crew. I immediately told her that I had left my Cartier sunglasses inside the vehicle. I was then told that the vehicle had already been rented to another customer.

I spoke with the manager and was told that Hertz would contact me if the sunglasses turned up. I waited a week and returned to the location again to follow up. I was once again told that they would contact me.

It has now been approximately two weeks, and I still have not received a single call or update.

These weren't ordinary sunglasses. I have owned these vintage Cartier sunglasses for approximately 20 years. I purchased them on my first trip to Miami, so they have significant sentimental value to me as well as monetary value.

I am not accusing any particular employee of stealing them because I don't have proof of that. However, I find it very difficult to understand how sunglasses hanging from the sun visor could go unnoticed during the vehicle inspection and cleaning process, especially considering that I reported them almost immediately.

At this point, I expected Hertz to conduct a serious investigation, including checking their inspection and cleaning records, lost-and-found procedures, and determining whether the next renter found the sunglasses.

Instead, I have been left waiting with no communication.

I hope Hertz management sees this review and takes the situation seriously. I am asking for accountability, a proper investigation, and the return of my sunglasses if they can be located.

This experience has been extremely disappointing.

We had a slow start. It took a half hour to get the car.

Nice car, easy check in process

The team at Bedford is why I stop here for my rental instead of going through the airport onsite hassle.
