The staff was very friendly and efficient.

My overall experience was ok. I waited an hour to get the vehicle because there was only 1 person working the front desk, and when she went to get the vehicle, apparently it was not ready so she had to get it detailed again inside. She showed good customer service but the long wait time was not expected. The vehicle itself kept disconnecting from carplay. This was not a Hertz issue but likely manufacturer defect but again a little disappointing on a long drive.

The staff, their courtesy, promptness and the fact that they always remember me and treat me so kindly! I love this branch!

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with this recent Hertz rental. As a President’s Circle member and frequent Hertz customer, this experience fell far below the level of service I have come to expect.

I reserved an SUV and was checked in without being told that no SUV was available. Only after my ride had already left did I learn that Hertz could not provide the vehicle I had reserved. At that point, I had little practical choice but to accept the Jeep that was offered.

The condition of the Jeep was unacceptable. It was filthy inside and out and had an overwhelming odor of marijuana and cigarette smoke that persisted throughout the rental. The smell was so pervasive that it transferred to my clothing. As a pediatrician traveling to work, it was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing to arrive in a professional setting with my clothes smelling of cigarette and marijuana smoke because of the rental vehicle.

The Jeep was also provided with only approximately half a tank of gas, and the windshield was so dirty that visibility was significantly impaired until I cleaned it myself. The overall condition of the vehicle raises serious questions about whether it had been appropriately cleaned or inspected before being rented.

Most importantly, the condition and odor became so intolerable that I returned the vehicle one full day early. I had reserved and paid for transportation that I ultimately could not reasonably use for the entire rental period.

I understand that vehicle availability can occasionally change. However, I do not understand why I was not informed before completing check-in that my reserved SUV was unavailable, nor how a vehicle in this condition was considered acceptable to provide to any customer.

I would appreciate Hertz reviewing Rental Record 918751470 and providing an appropriate resolution, including reimbursement for the unused rental day and consideration of an additional adjustment or credit given the unacceptable condition of the vehicle and failure to provide the reserved vehicle class.

I have remained loyal to Hertz in part because I value the benefits and service associated with President’s Circle status. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that level of service.

I think it all comes down to the staff. For lots of places you can rent a car it's not about the car it's about the experience you have in getting the car using the car and returning the car. And in every instance the staff at this station are incredible. They really work hard to ensure that I have everything I need and when things aren't going well they are honest clear and transparent about my options. I look forward to renting from this Hertz office again

While waiting it was a major misunderstanding in the lobby with staff and someone on the phone. NOT professional at all! They gave me a extremely dirty vehicle with a plug missing out of the tire. After refusing to take that car they gave me a clear newer car but NO gas. Upon returning the car I was asked to clear the car out...why??? I went out side and clapped the rugs clean and they another agent took the car with no issues. Aren't you supposed to clean the car after use??? I do not think I will ever use your services again

Both pick up and drop off was a bit chaotic, with 10 minute wait times on both ends. The location seems understaffed. Also there is no drop box after hours, which is very frustrating...it delayed vehicle return by 18 hours...suggest you add after hours drop box here. Hesitant to book again.

Hertz Buckhead delivers extraordinary customer service every time. The team is always kind, patient, and knowledgeable, making every experience a great one. Whenever I’m in Georgia, I go out of my way to rent from the Hertz Buckhead location because I know I’ll receive outstanding service.

Worst car experience in my whole these many rentals there is puke in the car they never cleaned the interior or exterior and the key was never working and its not even getting started for whole time the location they dont care

I was so pleased that the young lady that served me was attentive to my needs & she took the time to explain to why could not extend my rental. Then she canceled my rental & wrote up a contract for me to sign off on with the original card that I wanted to use!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
