Good product and excellent service from the fitters, as usual. We have worked with Henry & Sons over many years installing windows, doors and a huge glass box. Our 2 daughters in their own houses have also done work with Henry & Sons. We are all pleased with the results. David

Would give this company a minus if I could
I have a 10 year warranty well that is not worth the paper it is written on.
I Booked a repair it took over a week for someone to arrange this, when the operative arrived, I showed him the stable door which had a problem opening
after 10 minutes he said it was all working fine and left, lucky I checked the door he had removed the catch so the door was opening freely and it was in a worse state than when he arrived I went outside and found him sitting in he’s van I told him what he had done and he could not leave the door like this, he said no stress, he said he could put some sellotape on it.
He then went on to phone to the office who said he would be back on Saturday to repair the door with the part, Saturday came and nothing, I phoned the office and was told they had to order the part, and would let me know when it was in, I phoned a week later still nothing and was told by Raymond that it was because of the brexit and they could not get the parts in the uk, this went on for six weeks with me having to keep phoning and emailing and each time being fobbed off, also one rude woman in the office who should attend a custom service course.
After 6 weeks I got told they could not get the part in because of the COVID pinging, I said what next I was told they had checked everywhere even eBay and there was not a part in the uk, I asked for for the part number to see if I could find this part myself they did send me this amazingly.
Would you believe it I found the part in the uk within a hour.
I emailed them and informed them that I had the part and asked them to arrange for the part to be fitted, was told this would have to be booked in and this would take time, this is just a joke.

So I had to pay for the part and get someone fit it, when I had a warranty.

Please what ever you do don’t use this company
I use to recommend this company as years ago they where so good, don’t know who is running it now but they are just terrible and rude.

Shockingly bad customer service. Never completed snagging works. Booked appointments only for them to repeatedly fail to show up. Emails go ignored. Then I am finally told after repeated chasing and a year of waiting that the company has changed ownership and it's down to me to resolve the issues that they failed to fix when they should have!

Avoid! They were all responsive and helpful when we were placing the order for new windows years ago. Sadly, we have been experiencing ongoing issues with the windows. The level of the customer service is absolutely shocking. They never respond to emails and if you speak to them on the phone, they never call you back as agreed to follow up. They ignore old customers especially when your windows are under a guarantee. Today, we had an appointment to fix one of the issues. They did not show up. Shockingly, they did not even bother to call to reschedule. I would never recommend them to anyone. The manager R. Is very defensive and has attitude when you try to raise concerns about poor service.

Avoid this company. I ordered and they installed windows for me in 2018. I booked them on recommendation however little did I know the company had changed hands. This company was previously Henry and Sons Ltd however the former was liquidated in late 2018 and then Henry & Sons Windows and Glazing Specialists was started.

I had a glass roof installed. This roof leaked at the join with the house. I was in contact with the company and eventually in mid 2019 an engineer came out who simple resealed the join between the lead flashing and the house. The roof continued to leak and from late 2019 this company totally ignored me.

I have had to employ an independent building surveyor to examine the installation and when another firm of glazing specialists came to fix the problem, turns out the roof was not installed correctly with gaps between the roof and the house as well as the lead flashing not having been cut into the brickwork.

They totally ignored me from November 2019 onwards and I eventually get an email in May 2020 stating that due to COVID 19 the offices won’t be open until at least 15th June. Funny how when a friend emails asking about windows they get a reply asking when can they come round for a quote.

Average product, poor workmanship, terrible customer service. I would not use them again.
