Very happy with the service I received from Henri-Taylor heating solutions. From the initial visit with Jon to discuss my options for a new boiler - which also had to be moved to a different location - to a proper itemized quote and great communication from the team in the office. On the day of installation Jon and Michael arrived and didn't stop until the job was completed, which for me involved a lot more pipework for the new boiler location, thanks guys.
So glad I found Henri-Taylor heating solutions, the whole process from start to finish was seamless. I would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you.

I recently had my annual Boiler service done by Henri-Taylor Heating and had been without working central heating since the last time it was done a year ago.I asked the engineer to have a look at it to see why this was and he informed me that the Thermostat which was quite old as it had been in the flat since the previous owner had lived here was faulty.After giving me a quote for the job the same day, replacing the faulty thermostat with a wireless programmable one and coming back the next week to fix it in, I don't think I could have asked for a better service regarding this, especially as I won't need to think about putting the heating on for a while yet anyway.When the engineer came back to do the job it was a very convenient time as well not first thing in the morning which was good.
He only took about half an hour to complete the installation as well so it didn't take up all of my afternoon waiting for it to be finished.Definitely worth having done by them in my opinion.

We had our boiler serviced by Henri - Taylor Heating solutions last week and some parts replaced today. The service both from the office and the engineers was outstanding - prompt, courteous and efficient. Will certainly use again as needed.

When my boiler broke down and flooded the kitchen I decided it was time for a new one and started researching Which? for best makes and then a multitude of on line websites for installation.
Henri-Taylor are a Worcester-Bosch approved company. Most companies only offered an on line consultation for what is a significant purchase. Steve visited my home within 24 hours and provided his advice along with the most competitive of all the quotes I received. An installation date was arranged within a matter of days thanks to Katie and Emily, the very friendly and efficient backroom team. Mike arrived and installed the boiler and checked over my central heating system, he worked flat out and took time to explain the mysteries of the Hive system to me!
I was reassured in using Henri-Taylor when I read the reviews on this site and I have already happily recommended them to several friends and family. I won't be using anyone else in the future.

The service I received was excellent. The engineer, Jon was prompt, friendly and very professional.

The company serviced my boiler a year ago and I was delighted with their professionalism - the work, friendly and helpful customer service, and clear information and instructions was most welcome. This year the company has given the same professional service. I have now set up to have the company's Silver plan, feeling fully confident that our heating system will be looked after.

Had Henri-Taylor install a replacement boiler recently. A painless process. The quote was competitive and the work speedily and efficiently carried out. The necessary paperwork (Gas Safe) after the work was done was soon received. I did not realise until I looked into having a replacement boiler that some companies are internet-only brokers who then subcontract a local fitter to do the job. They quote a price based on photos which the customer uploads to their website. I don’t think this is any substitute for someone coming round and having a look at what is needed. Also, I don’t like dealing with subcontractors on a job like this; finally, why not give all the business to a local company?
No complaints at all with H-T; would highly recommend them.

Jon was professional and quality of work was to a very high standard.
He replaced my 20 + year old unvented cylinder and re done all the copper pipe work which had previously been installed to a very poor standard.

Jon was with us yesterday installing a new expansion tank. He arrived on time and completed the work very professionally. He is competent, tidy in is work and extremely thorough. He and his team are highly recommended.

The guys from Henri-Taylor were absolutely amazing. They installed an entire heating system (boiler, pipes and 9 radiators) in 5 days, with minimal mess and disturbance to the house. When I noticed a small leak the next day, they came on a Sunday morning to fix it free of charge! It was a huge relief to know that work was being done to the highest standard, and for a reasonable price. Thank you so much Jon and Steve, we’ll see you next year for a service!

Good communication from everyone in the company. The office respond quickly when I emailed to book an appointment and they sent reminder emails too.
Was given a two hour time slot and Jon arrived within that time after calling to let me know exactly what time he would arrive.
Polite,courteous and respectful of property.
Explained exactly what he was doing and answered all questions helpfully.
Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service, had no hot water , john and team came out at very short notice, and due to my partner being disable, john came out on a Saturday on his day off to fix my boiler, not only are they professional in what they do, they care about their customers, and their welfare . I couldn't be more happier. 5 stars from me

Henri- Taylor provided an excellent service from initial contact to completion. Jon attended the house to complete the survey, he gave very knowledgeable professional advice and sent a written quote later that day -
to remove existing boiler in the kitchen and to install a new combi boiler in the bathroom cupboard.

Jon and Mike completed the job to a very high standard within two days, both were polite, courteous and trustworthy.
They did a great job and I would not hesitate in recommending this company and I will be using them going forward.
