Helpling came to our rescue when our usual caregiver didn't turn up. Within a short notice they managed to source for 2 excellent caregivers who needed little instructions to do the necessary work.
Very friendly and efficient girls who made life much bearable.

Overall I'm quite happy with Helpling. I can always find a reliable cleaner at a time that suits my schedule and a reasonable price. Most of the cleaners work very hard and do a thorough job.

Helpling is a life changing experience for me.
1. With all the necessary chores completed by Helpling helpers, I can spend time with my family and for myself.
2. When I don't have to see and deal with the mess my kids make, I don't grumble/nag and detest my own kids. And my kids think I'm a cool mom since the mess they made is always cleaned up without them being scolded.
3. There is so much happiness and peace of mind when you come home to a clean and neat space after a long chaotic day at work.
What I like about Helpling and their Helpers:
1. Friendly and cheerful
All the assigned helpers arrive with a smile and they maintain a positive attitude throughout.
2. Thorough, efficient and has initiative
The helpers are well trained, follow instructions properly to complete the assigned tasks and take initiative to take on other chores. E.g. I once engaged an ad hoc cleaner to mop the floors after some repair works in the house. She completed the mopping and she actually took the initiative to clear all the bins. My regular helper would also help with folding clothes (not part of the usual assigned duties) when she completes her chores earlier.
3. Consistent level of service quality
The customer service is prompt and patient in attending to my requests.
The assigned helpers are well trained and with the cleaning checklist, I am assured that the cleaning is thorough and consistent even with different helpers. This gives me a peace of mind when I need to engage an ad hoc helper or when I need to change the routine helper should my schedule changes.
4. Privacy
With part time helpers, I can still have the privacy I want since there is no need to provide accommodation. I also do not have to worry about employment contracts and personal matters that are inevitable with live in helpers.

I’ve had a great experience with this company so far. The WhatsApp chat feature is incredibly convenient, making it seamless to communicate and coordinate directly with the service staff. As for the cleaning itself, the session went very well and I’m happy with the results.

Helpling has very well trained people who help people like me with household chores; washrooms, vacuuming and mopping of rooms.
They come once every 2 weeks and that is already very good for me.
One of their workers by the name of Kay has been helping me with my home for almost a year.
She is absolute gem and I am very lucky to have someone like her cleaning my home.
She is thorough and is very polite.
